today's training was WHOOOO..hahaha.
we did the punishments.
and we did the one min max reps.

then went for our supposedly team crescent outing
but in the end
only five of us wentXD
quite sad.
hahhaa.
oh well..

the junior girls are gonna take their one star course tmr!

we got into the grand finals
but didnt make it out tops.
i guess that's all there is to say about it.
we were disappointed
but we learnt from the experience.
